There are cases when subsequent verification is required by the authorities. As a certified expert, I can help you issue a professional declaration.
On-site validation: During a thorough inspection, I examine the quality and regularity of the work performed.
Expert opinion: If what I saw meets the technical requirements, I will issue the subsequent FMV statement.
Correction list: If I find any deficiencies, I will provide a precise list of the necessary corrections. After the corrections, the declaration can be issued.
